Students of Lindenhurst HS Suffolk County, Long Island, visit the Italian Embassy

On February 24, 2017, students of Lindenhurst HS Suffolk County, Long Island, visited the Italian Embassy. Students were accompanied by Prof. John Rossillo, Italian Club Advisor, and colleagues, and were welcomed by Prof. Fusco, Director of the Education Office, who presented the history of the Embassy together with intern Elena Ponno.

Engineer Giuseppe Cataldo and Astrophysicist Eleonora Troja, both key representatives of Italy in the scientific field, spoke to students together with Counselor Emanuele Manzitti and Counselor Andrea Catalano who talked about their own professional experiences and on the role of the Embassy, while encouraging visitors to continue studying the Italian language.
