
Italian exports continue to grow, including here in the US.
In the second quarter of 2026, exports increased +4.5% compared with the same period last year. Geographically, exports grew +6.5% for the South and the Islands, +3.1% for the North-east, and +2.9% for the North-west.
Focus on Tuscany, whose exports increased +13,7% towards the United States, and on the Veneto region, with +31% towards the US.
In the first six months of 2026, compared with the previous year, exports rose in all macro-regions:
- +11.9% for the Centre
- +8.8% for the Island
- +4.3% for the North-west
- +3.8% for the South, and
- +1.9% for the North-east
