The Consular Chancellery can issue the following certificates:
- Registration in the consular registry, either individual or family (Iscrizione nello schedario consolare, singola o di famiglia)
- Civil status (Stato civile)
- Proof of being alive (Esistenza in vita)
- Citizenship (Cittadinanza)
To request one of the aforementioned certificates, please email: anagrafe.washington@esteri.it
All other certificates can be obtained exclusively at your registered AIRE municipality.
Other Certificates
If you are registered with the AIRE, you can request other certificates directly from your municipality’s website.
To access your municipality’s website, you can use SPID, and soon also your CIE (Electronic Identity Card).
