The Ambassador of Italy Armando Varricchio just visited Indiana. In Indianapolis, Ambassador Varricchio met Governor Eric Holcomb, with whom he talked about the excellent collaboration Italy and Indiana have in various fields, primarily the industrial one.

While in Indianapolis, the Italian Ambassador attended the Indy 500 and he visited the Italian automaker Dallara’s plant. Dallara, locateds right by the historic racing circuit, designs and produces the chassis of the cars that participate in the race.

“Italian technology, innovation, and creativity are at the core of one of the most famous American races. Realities like this one in Indianapolis remind us of the quality and degree of the relationship Italy has with the United States. This relationship has no equivalents and is extraordinary from all points of view,” said Ambassador Varricchio.
