Italy US Business, Investment, Science and Innovation Forum ~ Miami, Florida, June 22, 2026

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Italian Embassy in Washington, and the Consulate General in Miami, with the support of the Italian Trade Agency-ITA, are organizing the “Italy–U.S. Business, Investment, Science and Innovation Forum” on June 22nd, 2026, in Miami, Florida.

In addition to reaffirming the strategic importance of the bilateral relationship between Italy and the United States, the Forum aims to strengthen trade exchanges and bilateral investments, and will include institutional presentations, a plenary session, thematic panels, and meetings between companies from the two countries.

The Forum will focus on the following sectors:

  • Frontier Technologies for the Future: AI, quantum, cybersecurity, energy, and space;
  • Advanced Industry: automation, industrial robotics, agritech, medical, and biotech;
  • Mobility and Resilient Infrastructures: energy; air, sea, and land transport;
  • Tradition and Innovation in the Creativity and Lifestyle sectors: agri-food, design & furniture, fashion, culture, and sports.

The participation of high-level Italian and American representatives from both the governmental and business sectors is confirmed (see gallery at the bottom of the page). Several hundred Italian and American companies have registered to attend.

The event will also feature a special exhibition of the ancient “Sperlonga Odysseus”, an original Roman sculpture from the National Archaeological Museum of Sperlonga, Italy, as well as an immersive digital innovation cube.

 

Why participate?

The United States is Italy’s main economic partner outside the European Union and represents a vital market for our production system. In 2025, trade with the United States closed the year with a growth of +8.6%, reaching a record figure of 120 billion USD.

The Forum aims to reaffirm the importance of ongoing and strong economic cooperation, as well as an even more ambitious vision for strengthening trade relations in the near future.
