Each year, the Week has a different underlying theme for a vast cultural program to advance the promotion of the Italian language<\/p>\n<p>This year, the theme is \u201cL\u2019Italiano e la rete, le reti per l\u2019italiano\u201d (\u201c<em>Italian and the web, social networks for the Italian Language<\/em>\u201d). Students, individually or in groups, are asked to create a short video in Italian<\/p>\n<p>The topic will be one of the twelve fundamental principles of the Italian Constitution, which this year celebrates its 70th anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>Please fill in and send to italyvideocontest@gmail.com the <a href=\"resource\/doc\/2018\/09\/entry_form.pdf\" title=\"Entry form\"><strong>entry form<\/strong><\/a> and the <a href=\"resource\/doc\/2018\/09\/student-release-form_2018.pdf\" title=\"Release form\"><strong>release form<\/strong><\/a> along with your video.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"On the occasion of the \u201c18th Week of the Italian Language in the World\u201d, the Embassy of Italy is pleased to announce a Video Contest for students of the Italian language in the United States.
