Otherwise, the Office cannot declare its conformity therewith. It can be executed by the applicant or by a professional translator (see here a list of translators);<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Italian parent\u2019s Historical Certificate of Citizenship (Certificato storico di Cittadinanza) issued by the competent Italian Comune.
