Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Samuel Alito were among the guests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gianandrea Noseda stated, \u201cLucia and I are delighted to be able to attend our first Kennedy Center Honors. We thank Ambassador Varricchio for hosting this event in celebration of all of this year\u2019s Honorees. We look forward to seeing this exciting show.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe are glad to celebrate Gianandrea Noseda and this influential group of patrons. Nurturing the arts, always an Italian priority, and enriching the fruitful cooperation between Italy and the US in the cultural sphere is a privilege. We are excited to follow the Director in his exploration of new paths through contemporary and classical Italian music.\u201d stated Ambassador Varricchio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gianandrea Noseda is the first Italian Music Director of the National Symphony Orchestra.
