Pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree (DPR) 395\/2003, candidate lists may be submitted <strong>to the Electoral Office<\/strong> during office hours <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>between the twentieth and thirtieth day following the official call for elections<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">While the call for elections has not yet been issued, the collection of signatures, the signing of lists, and the corresponding authentication of signatures may begin immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lists must consist of a number of candidates at least equal to the number of Committee members to be elected, and no more than 16 for Com.It.Es. committees comprising 12 members (DPR 395\/2003, Art. 14, para. 2).
