Italian citizens can request it through the <a href=\"https:\/\/serviziconsolari.esteri.it\/ScoFE\/index.sco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAST-IT portal<\/a> (see below).<\/p>\n<p>This service of the Consular Office is free of charge and is available to private individuals over the age of 18 who reside in this Embassy\u2019s consular jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Procedures are <strong>different depending on whether you are an Italian citizen or not<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Processing a request can take up to 30 days once all the required documentation has been received.<\/li>\n<li>Each individual applicant must submit an individual request on <a href=\"https:\/\/serviziconsolari.esteri.it\/ScoFE\/index.sco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAST-IT<\/a>.
