\nPrior to making an appointment we recommend that applicants verify that they have all required documents.

Please note that, in general, appointments for a Visa to Study Abroad (for bachelor\u2019s\/first-level academic degrees and master\u2019s\/second-level academic degrees) can be requested ONLY upon confirmation of admission to the entrance exam at an Italian University.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In general, to book an appointment with the Visa Office of the Italian Embassy in Washington DC, please visit the website Prenot@Mi<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Before booking your appointment we recommend verifying that a visa in needed. Furthermore, we would like to undeliner that appointments can be booked up to 6 months<\/u> in advance, but no later than 15 days<\/u> before, the intended departure date.<\/p>\n

In addition, please note that the Visa Office of the Embassy of Italy in Washington, DC, will avail itself of the right to cancel all appointments<\/strong> booked by residents of other consular jurisdictions. For more information regarding the Consular Network, please click\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You must remember to CONFIRM your appointment at least 10 days before, but NO LATER than 3 days<\/strong> from your scheduled departure date, through the\u00a0Prenot@Mi<\/a> website.
\nIn the event that your appointment gets cancelled, a new appointment must be booked<\/strong> via the online portal and\u00a0this may affect or delay your intended departure date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
