On the occasion of the 3rd Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World, the Embassy of Italy is pleased to announce a Contest for University students of Italian language in the United States.
The Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo will take place from November 12th to 18th, 2018. This year the theme will be “La Dieta Mediterranea” (The Mediterranean Diet), a sustainable food model seen both from the economic and environmental point of view and for human health.
The essays, written in Italian, must be sent, as an attached file, by email to maria.fusco@esteri.it, indicating the author’s name, Italian class level, teacher’s name and University.
